Who am I?
I’m Paddy.
What should you know about me?
I grew up at the end of a road near a village no-one has heard of surrounded by fields, rivers and woods.
It is, therefore, no surprise that I have a passion for nature. I have been an obsessive fisherman, as all fisher-folk are, since I can remember and I love gardening, both inside and out.
As there wasn’t too much to do as a young adult in a small village, I have a love of beer and have been researching new craft beer first hand across the country for my own benefit. When the pubs are closed or I have run out of beer money, I am also found in the kitchen making a hell of a mess and using every single pot, pan and skillet.

You can find recipe attempts, travel diaries, houseplant discussions, beer musings, scientific ramblings, photographic documentation, musical thoughts and anything else that I manage to commit to text.
